The game currently does not offer remote data saving or connection with your Apple, Google or Facebook account. Everything is stored on your phone/tablet. Therefore, you cannot sync your data across multiple devices. Likewise, if you uninstall the app from your phone/tablet or switch to a new device, you will lose your data.
