All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play Store). We do not have the ability to process or cancel purchases on our end.
How to Request a Refund?
If you would like to request a refund for a purchase you did not receive, follow these steps based on your platform:
🔹 On an Apple Device (iOS - App Store)
- Sign in to your Apple ID account.
- Go to Apple’s Report a Problem page.
- Select the purchase in question and follow the instructions to submit your request.
🔹 On an Android Device (Google Play Store)
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Visit Google Play - Request a Refund.
- Select your purchase and follow the instructions to submit your request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed according to Apple or Google’s policies. 😊
