First, check that your transaction has been completed. You should have received an email confirming your purchase.
If this is the case, and you are on Android, we advise you to quit and restart the game. On Android, the recovery of this kind of (permanent) purchase is done at game launch.
If this is the case, and you are on iOS (iPhone / iPad), please go to the Game Settings (icon on the top left of the game's homepage). Here you can press the "Restore" button. The game will then contact Apple servers to verify the confirmation of your purchase. A window will then confirm that your purchase has been restored.
If the problem persists, please contact Google or Apple, because they are the ones who deal with everything related to purchases. We have no way of refunding purchases, only the app stores can.
