The problem is probably due to an incorrect initialization of the game. In this case, follow these two steps :
- First of all, close the app completely, then restart it
- If it still doesn't work, turn off your phone/tablet and then restart your device. This allows the operating system to clean up a number of files or programs that may be interfering with the operation.
