If you have not received the coins corresponding to your offer, go to the wall of offers and press the icon on the top left.
Click on "Reward Status" to access the list of offers you have completed.
Click on "Not Rewarded" to see the list of offers you have completed and for which you have not yet received your coins. You can follow the progress status of your offer. Some offers require a 24-hour delay before the coins are sent to you.
Once this period has elapsed, you will be able to contact support to make a complaint.
