Before taking action, double check that your Chips were not credited to your balance. You can verify this by going to the “History” tab in your Crazy 8 profile.

If you definitely did not receive your chips, please do the following:

• Open the window “Earn Free Chips” the select “Help.”
• Click the link “Verify the status of my offer” (end of 2nd paragraph).
• Follow the instructions indicated.
