Before taking action, double check that your Chips were not credited to your balance. You can verify this by going to the “History” tab in your Crazy 8 profile (accessible by clicking your profile picture thumbnail).

If you do not see a record where they were credited to you, please follow these steps:

  • Access your Facebook Payment settings by clicking here.
  • Click “Purchase History.”
  • Select the transaction you had an issue with and follow the instructions indicated.
