Two reasons could explain why you are not able to collect additional Free Gifts:

1. Your Piggy Bank is full.

If your piggy bank is at 100% (meaning you have collected the maximum amount of Chips from Free Gifts in a day, 50 Gifts), you will not be able to collect any additional gifts your friends have sent you for that day.

You might still receive a Facebook notification that your friend sent you a gift, but this gift will not appear in your Belote message center.

2. The Free Gifts were not collected rapidly.

Once your friends have sent a Free Gift you have 24 hours to collect the gift. If you do not collect the gift in this delay, though the notification on your Facebook page might still indicate you received a gift, it will no longer be available in the Belote Message Center.
