Important information: Blocked on the first page? Explanations and solutions

The last update of Google Chrome (version 55 and +) embeds a major modification that blocks the Flash plugin (which we used to develop the interface of our game).

To see which version of Chrome you are in, just click on the menu button (top right of Chrome), then "Help" and "About Google Chrome".

In general, Chrome updates itself. If you are already in version 55 and above (or if you're going there), go to "chrome: // flags" to change the Chrome configuration.

In this long page of configuration of the browser, you will have to look for the option "Prefer HTML to Flash". Select "Disable", then click the "Restart Now" button.

Normally, there is another method (probably less technical) if you are blocked. Simply :

1. Click on the sentence (link) at the bottom of the game page "If you encounter a problem to view Belote Multiplayer, please update Flash Player by clicking HERE." Or on the image "Get Adobe Flash Player"

2. Click  "Allow" on the small window that proposes the use of the Flash plugin.

What if I have a blank page without a message?

You will have an empty page if you have already blocked the Flash plugin, as shown on the page below. No message will be displayed in the center of the screen, just the background of the image.

In this case, just click on the small puzzle symbol to the right of the Chrome search bar (top right).

Then, you will see a Chrome window with "Always allow plugins on Facebook" Select this option and confirm by clicking "OK".

Chrome will refresh and will display the game! :)

And if all this does not work, do I have other options?

1. Game available on Mobile (iPhone / iPad and Android)

Yes, first the game is distributed on the AppStore and the Google Play Store. You can play on your smartphone or tablet. By logging in with your Facebook account, you'll find all your data and play your favorite Belote / Coinche from anywhere!

2. Facebook Gameroom

Recently, Facebook has developed and put at your disposal its new ecosystem for games. Simply click on the "Install" button that you will find on the right side of Facebook when you launch the game.

You will then have to click on the file you just downloaded and you will have to follow the instructions. Facebook Gameroom installs on your computer just like any other program and offers you to play all the games you played on Facebook.

Common advice

For an optimal gaming experience, we recommend using the Chrome browser. It is important that this browser is up to date.

The compatibility of the game with any other browser is not guaranteed.

If the problem persists, we recommend that you uninstall Chrome and then reinstall it.
