Before taking action, double check that your Chips were not credited to your balance. You can verify this by going to the “History” tab in your Belote profile (accessible by clicking your profile picture thumbnail).

If you do not see a record where they were credited to you, please follow these steps:
  • Access your Facebook Payment settings by clicking here.
  • Click “Purchase History.”
  • Select the transaction you had an issue with and follow the instructions indicated.
