Requests to join your club are indicated by the red counter in the "Members" section of your Club.

If so, you can see the list of pending requests by clicking on the "PENDING REQUESTS" button

A window will appear with pending requests. You just have to click on the green button if you accept, or the red button if you refuse the request.
