Here are some quick things to check before contacting us!
Check that your Facebook username and password are correct in the following places:
- In your device’s “Settings”
- In your Facebook application
- On www.facebook.com in Safari
In each of these places:
- Avoid being logged into Facebook on the same device in more than one of these locations.
- Check that you are not using two different Facebook accounts on the same device. (Example: You are logged into the Facebook application and your husband is logged into Facebook through the iPad’s “Settings.” You should log your husband out of Facebook.)
- Log out and log back into Facebook to make sure your password hasn’t changed and is correctly saved on the device.
- If you are logged into Facebook through your settings, go to “Settings” and “Facebook.” Try tapping “Update All Contacts” and reloading your list of Facebook friends into Belote Multiplayer. (If this doesn’t work, double check that you and the person you want to play with are still friends!)
