The main cause of loss of connection is the quality of the your network. Whenever possible, make sure that you have a good wifi reception. The game works on 4G and 3G too, but make sure that you are located in a good 4G / 3G cover area. That way you will be subject to fewer micro-disconnections. 

In case of disconnection, your screen may freeze and you may receive a message explaining that you are experiencing a connection issue. During the disconnection, a bot will play for you. As soon as you reconnect, you will be able to get back to the game and see all the actions you missed during your disconnection. You will be able to play again.

Certain other factors can also explain disconnections:

• You remained inactive for 3 of your turns in the game. A robot has replaced you at the table so the game can carry on normally.

• You did not have enough Chips left at the end of a game so the server redirected you to the homepage so that you could re-stock.
